**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- You will actively engage and partner employers to enhance the work opportunities available to persons with disabilities (PWDs). This includes designing and implementing strategies to engage employers to improve their capability and confidence in hiring, integrating and retaining persons with disabilities (PWDs). You will work closely with employers, persons with disabilities to assess profiles for job referrals, and other stakeholders such as government and social service agencies to facilitate sustainable disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage prospective employers to secure interest in disability-inclusive hiring
- Plan, manage, implement and track employer progress on customised plans for employers to hire persons with disabilities, leveraging our programmes, support and services, such as the Open Door Programme
- Work with internal and external stakeholder teams to facilitate employers’ progress on their hiring and workplace disability inclusion plans, e.g. employer registration, training, internship, job shadowing, workplace accessibility and modifications, career fairs and other employment related activities
- Provide advice and support to management, Diversity and Inclusion leads, HR professionals, and other co-worker teams, to improve employer practices guided by the Enabling Mark framework:

- Employment Practices
- Community Engagement and Promotion
- Extent of Inclusive Hiring
- Develop materials for engagement and disability employment consultancy with employers
- Maintain accurate engagement records and prepare reports to update management and other stakeholders
- Support events organised by SG Enable or partners of SG Enable
- Undertake other roles as and when required

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Possess at least 3 years of working experience in social services, education, human resources, account servicing or client management.
- Team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when required.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous in administrative-related tasks and resourceful in problem solving.
- Comfortable with public speaking and partners engagement.
- Proficient in basic computing, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
