Our client is is a DTC fashion brand, built on a Real Time Retail model, that empowers Southeast Asia’s digitally native Gen Z consumers to express and celebrate their individualism.

Southeast Asia’s young and increasingly affluent population want a greater variety of clothing styles to look and feel their best, without breaking the bank. Offers over 200 new designs daily and has a collection of more than 3,000 designs at any given time, makes browsing and purchasing fun, effortless and affordable.

We're looking for an **experienced Creative Lead **who will lead work that makes the brand look good and sound good to its audiences.

**[MISSIONS]**
- Work on developing the brand identity along with the Brand Director.
- Develop the brand guidelines.
- Lead creative photoshoot and art direction for the brand.
- Development of concepts for brand activation that create engagement with the audience across multiple channels and brand touch-points.
- Collaborate with the brand/ social team to create new strategies and ideas for social media marketing, campaigns, EDM, video ads, website creatives.
- Conceptualize campaigns to drive sales, exposure and ideally virality.
- Be responsible to increase the conversion rate onsite and better the customer experience while being on the website.

**[QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS]**
- Proven work experience in, and passion for, social media marketing or similar role. Experience in D2C and fashion is a plus.
- Experienced people/performance management of small to mid-size teams.

Ability to be independent in a studio and shoot in-house content.
- Comfortable using After effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment and fast-paced environment.
- Be a team player as the role will need to collaborate with a lot of different teams within the company.
- Attention to details
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
