Our client, a rapidly growing global asset management firm, is seeking a Senior Institutional Client Account Manager to join their institutional business team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with institutional clients in the South East Asia ex-Malaysia region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead client servicing efforts for key strategic clients in SEA ex-Malaysia, fostering deeper relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Regularly interact with clients to address their queries, implement custodian changes, and manage guideline modifications.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with other Client Account Managers and Sales to meet their demands, including providing education, training, and value-added activities.
- Conduct annual/quarterly client portfolio reviews, presenting findings and recommendations.
- Provide daily support to fulfill client account inquiries, such as audits, correspondence, statement management, trade processing, and web support.
- Oversee and support institutional client events, including training and educational initiatives.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance client service workflows.
- Lead new client onboardings and coordinate client visits and seminars.
- Maintain accurate client records and document client communications.
- Ensure CRM databases and client contact information are up to date.

Internal Relationships Building:

- Advocate for clients during interactions with internal business units.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to prepare for portfolio reviews and address changes in investment guidelines or breaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by working closely with internal teams in a timely manner.
- Partner with New Business Services and other relevant teams to facilitate client onboardings.
- Stay updated on business knowledge, customer needs, internal policies and procedures, and systems capabilities.
- Contribute to the creation of best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal business partners, such as Risk, Legal, and Compliance, as needed to uphold business standards.

Pre Sale:

- Support sales activities and assist in developing sales plans.
- Help gather appropriate marketing materials for client presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in client service, sales support, or a related role, with a focus on institutional clientele in the Financial Services Industry.
- MAS licensed as an appointed representative to conduct regulated activity of fund management.
- Prior experience in client services and sales support within asset management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with global business environments and ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Strong client service mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
