[What the role is]

You will be part of Enterprise Singapore’s Planning team responsible for the administration and review of land policies relating to the industrial property market to ensure sustained economic growth and creation of good jobs in Singapore. In this role, you are required to work closely with and support industry officers in their engagements with local enterprises on their land needs. You will also engage key stakeholders for feedbacks to review and formulate policy enhancements and responses

[What you will be working on]
In the course of your work, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from other divisions and peers from the ministry and other economic agencies, to achieve the above outcomes.
You may also support in activities to drive corporate performance management such as the monitoring and reporting of KPI performances and target setting across the board.

[What we are looking for]
- You should possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to think deep into issues, distil feedbacks/ideas and formulate policy position and recommendations.
- Resourceful and meticulous in nature. A self-starter and effective team player who possess the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Good with numbers and quantitative analysis. Comfortable working with Excel or PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interact with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Interest in policy, planning or research.
