Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will lead a team of Analysts in defining the strategies and business propositions / value add services in supporting our business growth. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head of Enterprise Business Solution and work closely with key stakeholders to rapidly penetrate the market.
**Job Description**:
- Lead a team of Analysts and is accountable for the KPIs and development of the team
- Identify key segments and formulate sales strategies in achieving the department’s overall sales targets and deliverables
- Look beyond existing solutions and own area to define/resolve complex issues in new situation
- Working with key stakeholders in building business propositions and value-added services to support our distribution channels
- Identify & prospect potential client to drive incremental business in the all channels
- Lead/ Initiate sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase sales opportunities

Working Experience
- Minimum 5 of relevant experience with employee benefits environment with at least 2 years of experience leading a team
Professional Qualifications
- Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications
Education
- Degree in Business or related fields of study
