
Facilities Administrator

**Key Result Areas**
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Register visitor on visitor management system and notify colleagues on the arrival of their guest
- Coordinate with Client Service Team in directing clients and visitors to appropriate meeting rooms
- Monitor activities in the client meeting suite/ training room areas
- Operation of EMS (Event Management System), systems and processes
- Provide training / guidance to employees for room reservation enquires
- Ensure that the Reception area is maintained neat and tidy at all times
- Versatility and flexibility of working hours
- Management of security system including creation/issuance of access card, programing access clearances for employees and visitor passes
- Provide meeting room statistic reports as required
- Provide relief coverage for FOH/ Client Service team members when required
- Any other facilities tasks related to smart office as directed by the Facilities Coordinator / Administrator (Client Service Lead)
**Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required**
- Minimum a Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent
- A proven background in the field of facility or similar related discipline
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Access
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
- Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards
- Self-motivated and lateral thinking
- Languages: English Fluent.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
