**Job Description & Requirements**

We are looking for a Youth Development Enthusiast who can support in all new business ventures and endeavors locally.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training delivery of training programmes
- Human Resource Development for Training Associates
- Ensure training administration and training operation matters are in order, including but not limited to
- Scheduling of trainers/facilitators
- Compilation of training reports and evaluation forms
- Preparation of training logistics/materials for training
- Packing and maintaining of logistics inventory in warehouse
- Development of curriculum for training programmes wherever necessary
- Social Media engagement

**Requirements**:

- Energetic, friendly, able to relate to youths and passionate about youth development
- A willingness to learn and try new things
- Ability to manage a class, teach and facilitate learning
- Possess relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape is a bonus (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
- Prior experience with youth preferred

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
