**Job description**

High Achievers, incepted in 1995, is a specialist in youth development training. Our experience and knowledge in understanding the needs of developing students allow us to equip them with relevant skill-sets and attitudes to meet the challenges of a rapidly developing world for excellence at school and at work in the future.

We are looking for a youth development strategist who is passionate in shaping the education landscape in Singapore one school at a time, through partnership with school leaders. A driven individual who embraces the challenge of providing strategic consultancy and advisory services on learning solutions and interventions.

Fresh Graduates are welcome.

**Responsibilities**:

- Constant exploration of new opportunities to connect with prospective clients through presentation and relationship management.
- Liaises and collaborates with various stakeholders to understand critical requirements and objectives to accurately diagnose developmental and learning gaps and propose learning strategies.
- Consulting with educators and school leaders to propose solutions/ long term developmental roadmap and evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions and interventions, and develops long-term implementation plans
- Help foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective, sustainable implementation.
- Assist the Director of Strategic Development to analyse market trends for program development
- Achieving individuals and team target

**Requirements**:

- Strong ability to solve problems and has excellent critical thinking skills.
- Be highly adaptable to different environments and has excellent interpersonal, change management and communication skills.
- Possess strong business acumen and is results-oriented.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders to builds strong relationships and robust business networks.
- Diverse to work in different environments, including different learning venues and client sites, and regularly interacts with digital systems.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
