We have identified an opportunity for a Regional Business/Production Lead to join us in a vital and key leadership position, managing and continuously building on the client partnership as well as managing and overseeing a diverse set of teams from account management to operations and data insights, delivering on key campaign assets across multiple brands and countries.

The Regional Business/Production Lead will report into the Global Business/Production Lead and work together with regional service layer and onsite teams that supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.

This is a very demanding and ever-changing leadership role that will require the person to have strong experience in a similar role onsite, managing various teams, key internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As a Regional Business/Production Lead it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall client satisfaction in your region that delivers on the client revenue commitment.

**Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and overseeing various teams and client accounts, across multiple countries within assigned region.
- Responsible for managing demand to strategically influence project pipeline
- Drives content reuse (deduplication)
- Reports on key insights around local actions such as in markets global asset adoption rates, channel mix, or compliance
- Work in a collaborative way with teams locally and virtually to ensure knowledge is shared across the board in a timely manner and all content/assets are delivered on time
- Work closely with the data insights team ensuring that learnings are discussed with creative agencies and clients at key points within the creative development process
- Have a leadership attitude, supporting teams as needed and working together to manage any challenges
- Provides advisory at a brief stage, to maximise effectiveness of briefs; understands the complexities of pharma marketing briefs. Drive continuous improvements.
- Manages key relationship within the model, including regional hubs, studio and global hub colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery of projects
- Drives engagement plan following strategic resource allocation principles and brand markets combinations tiering
- Have excellent communication skills, ability to present with gravitas and engage with the most senior clients and stakeholders
- Be financially minded able to work on business planning and forecasting
- Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client KPIs

**Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in a client facing role preferably within pharmaceutical marketing
- 5+ years managing teams cross functional teams
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations is critical
- Critical work planning and time management skills required; must be able to prioritize and manage multiple briefs/campaigns at the same time
