You will provide a high level of personalised service to exceed the expectations of residents. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will work with the Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
**Responsibilities**
You will:
- Ensure residents are well taken care of from the point of their arrival to departure
- Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents
- Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
- Maintain residents’ accounts, information and preference profiles
- Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, performing the appropriate service recovery and refer them to supervisors and managers
- Receive and convey messages to residents promptly
- Put together memorable affairs and events for residents
- Build relationships with local businesses to create partnerships for our residents
- Create an atmosphere that makes a ‘wow’ impression on the residents
- Have close collaborations with your colleagues from the different departments to provide a personalised and seamless stay for all our residents
- Perform related tasks as assigned
**Job Requirements**
You have:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the hospitality industry
- Attained at least a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification
- Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Passion in learning a variety of tasks, having meaningful conversations with others and creating memorable events.
- Willingness to perform shifts
