[What the role is]

As a Head in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]
- Managing the admission process for Technical Diploma and part-time students.
- Engaging with various departments, schools and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with admissions and IT initiatives.
- Identifying areas of improvement, analysing data and preparing reports on admission statistics, trends and outcomes to review the admissions process
- Overseeing ITE’s new student administration system project including managing relationships with vendor and internal stakeholders (including various HQ Divisions and 3 Colleges), identifying risk and monitoring project progress to ensure that they deliver their product and services in accordance with the contractual requirements
- Coordinating and conducting UAT for the student administration systems and related IT projects.
- Staying updated on best practices, emerging trends and technologies.
- You will also get to work in teams to support ITE’s initiatives as well as support other adhoc Department projects.

[What we are looking for]
- Possess at least 5 years work experience with strong background in operations, project management, and IT/data analysis skills e.g. Microsoft Office and SQL databases.
- Experience in UAT testing and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Motivated, results and detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work well independently and in teams.
