**What You’ll Do Here**
- Manage and lead daily office operations to maintain office operating at peak performance, ensuring that office is always clean and presentable.
- Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts
- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Sustain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends and maintaining inventory.
- Support company initiatives through event organization, communication and field office implementation.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Be the point of contact for all operational requirements.

**What It Takes for You to Be With Us**
- You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- You have solid prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as quickbook and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
- You possess an analytical mind and as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
