**What you will be working on**
- Develop, review and refine analytics models to identify and monitor non-compliance, address emerging risks, and improve compliance
- Design risk profiling models and tiering frameworks for proactive risk-based enforcement, inspection and investigation
- Monitor the development of data analytics and intelligent technology solutions such as AI, ML, and where suitable, adapt and add to our suite of risk profiling means
- Gather and analyse information based on the prioritised intelligence requirements, and provide recommendations to mitigate threats as needed
- Identify possible non-compliance and foster inter-agency or inter-jurisdiction information exchange and referral protocols

**What we are looking for**
- Professional Qualification in Accountancy, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent analytics fields.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in data science and AI area, which includes developing advanced analytics and AI solutions and involves the use of big data and AI algorithms, preferably in accountancy and compliance related areas
- Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Dataiku, AWS Sagemaker and Tableau is a plus
- Resourceful with excellent research and analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
