- The role holder should have a proven ability to think big, chart the path and drive brilliant execution across diverse, virtual teams. S/he will be customer focused and external oriented to bring outside-in thinking across industries to create a pioneering, unique and differentiated approach to design, build, implement and communicate policies, programmes and initiatives aligned to the HR strategy and business goals. This position develops global rewards principles, guidelines and framework methodologies for the C&B function and ensure they are relevant and competitive across all 10 markets.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner Senior Business leaders and HR Partners across countries to understand the reward priorities for the business areas, plan and design initiatives that are relevant and aligned with business priorities
- Define the company’s approach to total compensation & benefits roadmap globally including the formulation of Employee Share Options Plan (ESOPs)
- Drive superior rewards framework and maintenance of a total rewards philosophy, principle and strategy that is support hyper-growth and yet, is fiscally responsible, market competitive, and supports the attraction and retention of high-performing talent
- Proactively consult business leaders, and HR Partners on all issues related to total rewards, proactively addressing concerns and achieve buy-ins before execution
- Develop ongoing communications to ensure awareness and understanding of reward and benefits programs, tools, and changes for applicable audiences
- Ensure compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements
- Construct reward offers for all hires, international moves, and localisations that balance the need for a creative package that is attractive to an individual yet sits well with the organisation’s reward framework.
- Monitor external market changes that might impact reward practices within the organisation and develop an action plan where necessary
- KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with at least the last 5 years leading a regional or global role.
- Has experience in designing and executing Executive Compensation and Long-Term Incentive program and/or not limited to ESOPs
