Senior Technical Sales Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales and actively promote analytical laboratory instrumentation and material characterization products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide technical consultation and product recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and principals to ensure effective communication and seamless sales processes.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives through proactive sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales within the materials or chemical industry.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of analytical laboratory instrumentation and material characterization is a plus.
