Ryde started as a ride-sharing platform that matches drivers with riders going the same way to share a ride (RydePool), but we haven’t stopped there. We have established extended product services to include an e-payment platform (RydePay), taxi booking, and insurance purchases. We are continuously building features that benefit everyone.

We are now looking to hire a **Customer Excellence Executive** to provide support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the company’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with users;
- Monitor user complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance;
- Follow up with users to ensure their queries are resolved;
- Gather user feedback and share it with our teams.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years+ proven experience in providing customer service support;
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal;
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus;
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Multi-tasking abilities under pressure;
- Patience when handling tough cases;
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Salary will be commensurate with your working experience.
