Summary of Position: The Senior Events Executive will be responsible for the running and planning of online/offline events.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage customers to confirm attendance or register them for events
- Input, export and manage data on the dedicated CRM database
- Lead and direct a team of Event Assistants to successfully meet event objectives
- Foster a positive relationship with our participants, whether it's before, during or after our events
- Ensure that the logistics for the company's events are in order, and accounted for
- Play a crucial role in the success of our events - whether it's in the planning, execution, or post-event stage of any event
- Plan & develop event strategies and set a creative vision to make every event exciting and engaging
- Assist our seminar participants in the enrolment of our programs
- Facilitate and manage online events as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of events experience
- Meticulous, fast learner and can work with mínimal supervision
- Team player who has the ability to function well both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a customer service position is preferable
- High degree of professionalism in terms of appearance, attitude and action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills orally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Must be available to work on selected weeknights and weekends dependant on event schedule
- Experience/Passion in sales is preferable

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
