**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality industrial safety technology with global footprints, with headquarter in Germany. They are currently looking for a Production manager to ensure production quality, cost and safety targets are achieved.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Oversee production process, monitor and control production cycle
- Optimize production productivity to complete on-time delivery target
- In charge of production line capacity and optimization of operation process
- Establish and implement standards for collection, storage, distribution and management of materials
- Improve on operation skills to increase qualification rate
- Monitor and control material loss rate
- Handle feedback on any abnormalities reported
- Collaborate with various departments to tackle major issues and processes, integrate, and mobilize resources to drive process
- Conduct training workshop for employees
- Familiar with working principle with strong data analysis ability to establish workflow and management system
- Conduct safety production awareness training, implement safety management measures
- Supporting other department in terms of operation as well as production system improvement

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Manufacturing or relevant discipline
- Preferably with 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with understanding of explosive materials
- Organized, good in planning and able to coordinate and deal with emergencies
- Possess computer skills and familiar with Microsoft office and SAP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with personnel of all levels
- Self-motivated, flexible, and always seek for improvement
