**Our Client**:
We are currently partnering with a globally recognised MNC. Our client is an Industrial Conglomerate specializing in automation, and electrical systems stands as a key player across diverse industries, including manufacturing, utilities, transportation, and infrastructure. They are actively looking to hire an Assistant Sales Managerto join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Attainment of sales targets, encompassing volume and pricing objectives, within the Data Center Industry
- Efficient management of sales inquiries, including the preparation of offers in collaboration with the bid and proposal team
- Assurance of the technical and financial accuracy of offers, with a focus on pricing considerations
- Collaboration and coordination with operations teams and the supply chain management team
- Establishment and nurturing of effective customer relationships to comprehend customer needs, enhance understanding of their product/services, and align solutions for a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Preparation and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations during sales pursuits or related events
- Creation of added value for customers, ensuring successful outcomes of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques in line with the company's offering and strategy (including delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)
- Identification and promotion of new market opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia, fostering know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
- Follow-up on orders with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and contractors until all contractual requirements are met

**The Requirements**:

- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of Controls/Automation or Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of substantial sales experience in the Data Center Industry
- A robust sales track record, demonstrating end-to-end project and installation management
- Technical expertise in the Data Center infrastructure market in Southeast Asia
- Proven customer and market orientation, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills
