Business Development Executive

Formulate and implement business development, marketing and sales strategies for China Ecommerce market via Taobao, XiaoHongShu etc.
- Work closely with management to identify marketplace opportunities, customer needs and customer satisfaction levels. Use data and insight gathered to drive strategic decision-making and development of requirements.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional team members to develop and streamline the fulfilment process for dropship orders.
- Identify and collaborate with suitable marketing agencies, partners in China to develop business sales growth and negotiate commercial terms.
- To develop digital awareness and increase sales and business opportunity.
- Align marketing and branding directions across all business and operational levels for the digital asserts.
- Ensure accuracy of information and copy write articles if required.
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Any other administrative jobs assigned.
- Stationed in Singapore
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Sales and Marketing / related working experience in Business Development
- Direct exposure in the retails industry and consumer-products is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage. Pls bring along portfolio during interview
- Committed and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential, due to the nature of work which involves a significant amount of communication with vendors, stakeholders in China
- Strong business acumen and commercially minded.
- Good commercial sense, able to achieve fine balance of sales returns and brand building.
- Strong knowledge of social and influencers marketing in China Market.
- Good understanding on new media - digital and social media marketing in China/International markets.
