**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Job Purpose**

The position is responsible for the implementation of revenue management methods, processes, tools, and the coordination of dedicated revenue management talent pool in Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines in order to maximize the turnover of the hotels.

As the senior Revenue role in the Hub the role will also be key in supporting the Vice President Revenue and Business Intelligence in driving the Revenue Management strategy and managing RM projects for the entire Hub.

The role will provide leadership, strategy, and delivery of market leading pricing and revenue management strategies and measurement in accordance with Accor requirements and standards, and collaborate with the Hub and hotel commercial teams to develop business opportunities and improve profitability.

The role requires a high level of flexibility, both in terms of assigned tasks as well as travel throughout the region.

**Primary Responsibility**

**RM Strategy**
- Define the Hub wide RM Strategy, in alignment with the VP Revenue and Business Intelligence to be applied across all countries
- Define the RM strategy (business mix, pricing, brand positioning), and ensure that it is deployed in the hotels in Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines

**RM Standards and Processes**
- Responsible for defining the RM standards and procedures for the Hub in consultation with VP Revenue and Business Intelligence
- Compliance to Accor’s defined RM Standards and processes in Singapore, Maldives and Philippines

**Training and Best Practices**
- Identifying, documenting and sharing of Revenue Management best practices from all countries in the Hub. Evaluate the implementation of best practices across the Hub
- Ensures that the Accor Business Campus RM training courses are in place and all RMs and GMs attend. Drives RM culture through ensuring deployment of RM Discovery in all hotels in Singapore, Maldives and Philippines
- Leads and animates the RM community in the Hub through trainings, webinars, Yammer groups, and regular market place meetings; develops pricing and RM culture among hotel teams, notably GMs, DOSMs, Front Office and Reservation departments through support and participation in RevMax meetings, business reviews, etc.

**Project Management**
- Manage key corporate projects to specify RM needs and validates the proposed solutions for the Hub
- (Leisure strategy, BRG, Total RM, Cvent, ITD Deployment)
- Overseeing the deployment of pilots and projects related to the Revenue Management discipline for the Hub
- Project based tasks focusing on key destinations or market places in Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines, either as support or as replacement of existing resources

**Reporting**
- Define the reporting needs for RM for the Hub and work with Director of Strategy and Analytics to ensure required reports and dashboards are delivered to region Revenue Mangers.
- Is in charge of a proper reporting of the RM performance in Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines and suggests the appropriate sales actions according to business risks and opportunities detected for the future periods

**RM Support**
- Responsible for RM support for hotels in Singapore, Maldives and Philippines
- Assist in recruitment of hotel RMs

**Feasibility and development of Accor Pipeline**
- Provide strategic support to Development team and VPOs in validation of new hotel projects for Singapore, Maldives and the Philippines

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Minimum 5 to 7 years revenue management experience in a regional role
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Revenue Management
- Advanced experience in TARS, GDS and distribution systems
- Advanced user knowledge of Accor RM Systems (ExRMS)
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced experience in Hotes PMS, Price Shoppers and Channel Managers
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Autonomous to drive and run project implementation. Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Results oriented
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic
