**Job Summary**: The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development, management and maintenance of Zimmer Biomet’s range of Product Marketing Communication activities to help achieve the company’s strategic and business goals. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders this person is responsible for the creation, implementation and success monitoring of promotional activities assigned to them. They develop communication strategies with their internal marketing stakeholders, making full use of the digital marketing infrastructure and tools, setting and tracking meaningful KPI in order to adapt strategies and tactics as needed.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**: General Functions
- Drives the development of marketing communication plans in preparation of annual budgets and other identified business programs and objectives
- Drives the design, creation and execution of MarCom activities for internal and external stakeholders with a strong focus on digital content development
- Liaises with global MarCom partners, as well as country marketing and sales
- Managers external creative partners, ensuring compliance with branding standards
- Sets and tracks meaningful KPI to assess ROIs of marketing spend and to adapt communication strategies based on data-generated insights
- Expertly uses digital marketing infrastructure to create impactful campaigns and assets through multiple communication channels
- Creates or adapts structured processes in order to simplify work and align cross-functional projects

**Education/Experience Requirements**: Education
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or other related field
- Alternatively, proven 5-10 experience in any of the above

Professional experience
- Strong marketing, digital marketing and / or marketing communications background in healthcare or related industry, ideally 5-10 years
- Experienced in the creation and management of MarCom collaterals / digital content
- Proven track record in marketing communication and marketing to different stakeholders in an international pharma or medtech context
- Possess understanding of MarCom / digital marketing best practices, strategies, and concepts
- Understands digital content development / digital marketing tools and strategies

**Travel Requirements**: Up to 5%

**Additional Information**: Languages
