**What you will be working on**
- As ActiveSG Training Centre (ATC) is the custodian for all training matters for Ops and Sport Champions to build and strengthen the core and functional capabilities of Sport Champions toward building a multi-competent and professional ActiveSG Workforce. Taking reference from the various Learning and Growth Pathway and Competency Roadmap, ATC provides 40% in-house courses, COPs and 60% courses to training vendors. This appointment needs to provide and support all administrative support inclusive of registration and billings for (ATC). In addition, as ATC operationalises the learning effectiveness framework, this appointment needs to work with various project owners to collect and analyse survey results for Tableau consolidation and presentation. In this role, you will: - Provide administrative support for courses conducted both physically and virtually - Maintain and constantly update database for ease of use - Work with various Project Owners to collect and analyse pre and post survey results - Provide statistics to HOD for analysis and decision making - Process invoices - Liaise with host companies for programme schedule - Co-ordinate registrations, logistics for learning journeys
