**Job Description**:
You will report to the Manager, Student Admissions and Services and your duties will include:

- Handling all operational matters relating to student enrolment and academic records, ensuring all activities adhere to the policy and procedures of SFMS and that high quality and responsive services are provided to stakeholders
- Handling admission queries
- Handling student's registration for admission
- Liasing with agents, guardians, parents and external bodies (e.g. ICA, SEAB, CMPB etc) on student's pass and student-related matters
- Supporting academic departments administratively
- Updating student database
- Registrating of external examinations
- Tracking and filling of student's progress report

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry
- Meticulous and organised
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player and a resourceful person
