**Responsibilities**:
You will report to the Vice Principal, Corporate and your duties will include:
a. Ensure the team achieves sign-up rates
b. Ensure the team complies with EduTrust Regulations especially in students’ contracts
c. Generate various reports and analyses
d. Track student numbers and admissions data
e. Advise team members on solving difficult cases
- Responsible for admissions and course counselling: admissions procedures, programs and school information especially on the more complex and difficult cases
- Coordinate and arrange students from various overseas markets for Admissions Tests (onsite and offsite) administration and liaising with students / parents / agents on the admissions results, including interview / re-tests and suitable courses recommended and related admissions matters
- Serve as initial contact person regarding student services; implements appropriate academic policies and procedures; answer questions concerning programs for students; disseminate information and distribute materials; assist with meeting preparations and recruiting events
- Responsible for re-enrolment of students and management of students’ data in the School based management system
- Resolve complex student administration related issues by liaising with students, guardians/ parents and other stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for the school’s management; update database information; provide statistics; prepare and maintain confidential files; coordinate records between University departments; serve as liaison within the particular school; assist faculty with student information for records
- Inform students on internship requirements and monitor placement; process registrations, class and schedule charges, and related paperwork; compose correspondence; perform word processing duties; update various publications, program fliers and documents
- Verify course requirements; may perform limited academic advising; update students’ academic records; assist students with class information; distribute orientation information; receive and track various documents
- Responsible for Accommodation and Guardianship arrangement and services:
a. Conduct survey for accommodation and guardianship termly
b. Source and interview potential homestay providers and guardians
c. Manage providers and guardians, in consultation with Director, BD & Admissions
d. Organize Guardians briefing sessions
e. Guardianship nomination admin work and follow-up
