**Salary**: S$ 3,500 - $4,000 depending on work experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained
- Manage guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations
- Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioning
- Coordinate and ensure proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams
- Organise, supervise and roster shifts
- To maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the beverage programme
- Assist Restaurant Manager in monthly inventory and Beverage Perpetuals, and keep track of monthly COGs
- Managing and maintaining the POS software systems
- Supervise execution of all delivery orders
- To assist the Events team with the operations and project management of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events
- To assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer service

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of hospitality experience in leading and managing a team of restaurant professionals
- Positive mindset and approachable demeanour
- Natural people skills
- A desire to deliver an experience beyond guests’ expectations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence with handling POS systems
- Great time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressure
- Has great initiative and team leadership skills

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
