Floor Supervisor

**Introduction**:
We’re on the lookout for a **Floor Supervisor** to help lead the restaurant floor and guide our service team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy being hands-on, and know how to create memorable guest experiences, we’d love to have you on board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the floor during service, ensuring smooth flow and seamless coordination between front and back of house
- Support the Assistant Manager in daily operations, team briefings, and shift planning
- Deliver warm, attentive service while setting the standard for the rest of the team
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff, and lead by example at all times
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, turning challenges into opportunities
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and ambiance of the restaurant
- Support inventory tracking and ensure mise en place is always ready for service
- Step in wherever needed — whether it’s running food, seating guests, or jumping behind the bar

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior service role
- A natural leader with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
- Positive attitude, team player, and cool under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
