**Key Responsibilities (Service Roles)**:

- Support daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins with a warm smile
- Uphold outlet cleanliness and team grooming standards
- Recommend menu items and attend to customer needs with care
- Handle guest feedback and recovery gracefully
- Management Trainees will also join business meetings and receive hands-on leadership development

**Job Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of experience** in F&B or customer service (preferred, but not required for Trainees)
- **Coffee Barista experience will be a bonus**for those appying to our casual concepts
- Strong communication skills and **fluency in English**:

- Friendly, proactive, and passionate about service
- Willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

**Work Details**:

- 5 or 6-day workweek options
- Full-time & Internship opportunities
- Salary**:$2,000 - $3,500** (depending on experience)
