We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sourcing & Procurement Executive to join our team. As a Sourcing & Procurement Executive, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the sourcing, procurement, and development of products in collaboration with our product designers, print designers, and suppliers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our product development initiatives by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential products.
- Source products, negotiate prices and follow up with Chinese suppliers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in product development by communicating specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Monitor and update product status closely.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and the ordering process.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties within the department as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training provided.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English required, Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
