Account Sales Specialist

Responsible for the achievement of targets and objectives across assigned account(s)
- Establish, nurture and manage all facets of the sales relationship with the assigned accounts and targeted new-name opportunities
- Identify customer needs and improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption
- Assist to resolve issues as and when arises, feedbacks of orders, managed return & exchange of merchandise
- Develop and document sales strategies and plans
- Ability to identify trends and solve problems
- Regularly communicate updates to management of sales performance, forecast updates, trends and any issues related to their specific product performance, competitor activities, or other issues emerging in assigned territory
- Contribute to the team performance and effort by accomplishing tasks as needed or assigned

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Optometry / Degree in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing
- Min. 2 years’ experience in sales and/or key account management
- Experience in Optical and / or FMCG industry is desired
- Self-motivated, proactive, keen to learn, results-oriented, collaborative team player
- Good prioritization, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Possess Class 3 driving license and own vehicle
- Only Singaporeans need to apply

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
