This is a professional role where you will be responsible for managing sales processes, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Create invoices for spare parts orders and service interventions.
- Submit invoices to customers via email or customer portal.
- Reconcile payables and receivables during month-end.
- Generate reports on cost of sales for spares, service, repairs, revamping, warranty, vouchers.
- Process quotations for spare part inquiries from customers.
