Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Chef to lead our small restaurant with a capacity of 25 pax, boasting a unique blend of Korean and contemporary culinary identity. As the Chef, you will play a pivotal role in setting a new and exciting direction for our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative menus, incorporating both new and existing dishes, while maintaining a high standard of variety and quality.
- Direct and control the food preparation process, as well as oversee any related kitchen activities.
- Efficiently plan ingredient orders based on operational needs.
- Take full responsibility for managing and training kitchen staff.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere strictly to nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster a cooperative and respectful work environment among coworkers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working at Korean restaurants.
- Availability for a 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the restaurant's operational needs.
- Ability to commit to overtime work when necessary.
- Work location is in the River Valley area.

**Work Schedule**:

- Tuesday - Sunday: 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
- 5 working days per week (Off day - Monday & one additional off day will be assigned by the manager)
- Total Hours: 44 hours
