Singapore E-PLOYMENT CONSULTANCY Full time

**Content Strategy & Development**:

- Develop and execute content strategies that align with company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of visual content, including photography, videos, graphics, and campaign mood-boards.Collaborate with marketing, design & merchandising teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.

**Photography & Visual Production**:

- Oversee all stages of the photography process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned imagery.Manage the development of campaign mood-boards to guide the creative direction of photoshoots & marketing campaigns.

**Team Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, including photographers, videographers, and graphic designers.
- Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to team members, ensuring consistency and excellence in all content produced.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

**Project Management**:

- Plan and manage content production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business goals.Manage budgets for content creation, including photography shoots, equipment, and freelance talent.

**Brand Consistency & Quality Control**:

- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality & tone of voice & optimized for various platforms.Stay up-to-date with industry trends & competitor activities to keep the brand’s content fresh & relevant.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in content creation, photography, or creative direction, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in photography, campaign development, and content strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant content creation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.5 day work.
