**General Mission
Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for staff scheduling and payroll cost to ensure adequate coverage according to established practices and maximize on labor potential
- Plans work assignments based on room occupancy forecast, Event orders, reservations and VIP list.
- Adjust schedules to meet emergencies, coordinates with other managers regarding emergency staffing.
- Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel & to investigate thoroughly to avoid the repetition of the issue or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
- Maintains established par stock for operating supplies to ensure smooth operation.
- Train and maintain high standards of service, quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
- Handles both the administration and operations of the restaurant.
- Participates in the planning of monthly marketing activities and promotions.
- Performs duties common to all supervisor and other duties as may be assigned.
- Ensure all fixtures and operating equipment is in good working condition.
- Responsible for general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
- Attends all F&B meetings schedule.
- Checks reconciliation with Cashier before and after service.
- Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services.
- Make frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, F&B promotion, cost control and profitability.
- Trains personnel according to established procedures; Conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
- Responsible for holding daily briefings and monthly communication meetings to discuss various aspects of food service and preparation with employees.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, resourceful, decision-making skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of great leadership
- A team player and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
