The head of product will be a leader in leading developing and launching

**Measures of success**:
**In three months, you would have:
- You will be able to articulate the vision of Xaxis, its suite of product and its capabilities confidently. You will have gained insight into how Xaxis offerings are positioned in the larger advertising marketplace.
- A deep understanding of the platforms and technologies that Xaxis uses, along with a good understanding of key partner capabilities and the ecosystem.
- Create detailed business cases, specifications and maintain an active product roadmap to achieve both short and long-term strategic objectives.
- Understand Xaxis’s solution development process, cycle and impact on business
**In six months, you would have**:
- Worked with client development teams to provide solution narratives, designs and marketing materials, etc. for clients and potential engagements
- Worked with senior leaders in local markets to support the building of solutions relevant for the market and its needs
- Champion client needs through understanding how businesses are won and retained. Use this knowledge to refine existing and new solution positioning
- Own product commercialization plan and go-to-market strategies, including competitive analysis, pricing, KPI setting, etc.
**In 12 months, you would have**:
- Establish a deep sense of the competitive landscape and how Xaxis’s offering can improve.
- Contribute to local, regional, and global product roadmap.
- Establish success metrics and assess product performance to promote client retention.
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Evangelise Programmatic and Ad Tech solutions to internal stakeholders, GroupM clients, and agencies
- Develop go-to-market strategies, Analyse market competition and their pricing
- Work with client-facing teams to explore and recommend solutions for the top and strategic clients
- Work with local, regional, and global teams to drive creation of and generation of solution materials and packages
- Understanding emerging trends and opportunities in APAC countries. Perform industry research and analysis to ensure Xaxis’s great market positioning.
- Lead and support in client pitches and plans with client team leaders.
- Manage and Lead your team in providing consultative guidance surrounding solutions building, problem solving, needs assessments, presentation preparation and delivery to our clients
- Ensuring current products are meeting and exceeding performance and capability expectations.
- Work with local and global partners to define specifications of features and new products.
- Analyse the financials of Xaxis’ products to launch products at right pricing and track the health of enabled products
- Liaise closely with local markets and assigned stakeholders for cross collaboration and pollination of ideas and help them launch, drive and sell the solutions developed regionally

- 10+ years of product marketing/management experience with a focus on digital media strategy
- Exceptional communication skills. Good stakeholder management abilities. Be a team player.
- Be a good storyteller: need to be able to explain complex concepts in simple and engaging matter.
- Must be a strategic thinker.
- Ability to build presentations, write industry whitepapers, be a voice in industry publications and forums
- Understanding of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, DSP/SSP/DMP, etc.
- Solid grasp of digital advertising campaign metrics/KPI deliveries. Had exposure to a diverse set of digital media, ranging from display banners to OTV.
