**Position : Director of Corporate Relations
**Responsibilities**:

- Establish, organize, and implement solicitation and cultivation strategies through Board members, community leaders, and new business relationships
- Identify new and creative opportunities for corporate partnerships and support. Devise and facilitate strategy for securing support.
- Ensure that proposals are submitted on time and follow-up proactively on pending proposals.
- Ensure that proper documentation is provided to donors on a timely basis, including programmatic reports and promotional materials.
- Participate in budget planning, goal setting, and strategic planning to assist with the creation of the development team’s annual operating plans
- Maintain corporate partner databases, including files, correspondence, and benefits Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 7 years in corporate sales, business development, or a related field;
- An innovative and proactive approach to corporate relations
- Strong leader with demonstrated success working productively as a team member.
- The ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork within the Development Team, across other departments, and with internal and external leadership.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with great attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated discretion, tact, and good judgment
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system
