**Key Responsibilities** The Role**
Business Process Optimization Lead - leads and supports activities in different department to develop and implement continuous improvement, system and business process optimization in all areas with a main focus to start with logistics and move on to all others. This role provides a unique combination of functional, operational and technical expertise and delivery implementation experience to support the alignment to CF overall strategic goals to drive consistency, quality, visibility and traceability throughout the company.
As an inventory controller, you are to take ownership of all the inventory currently owned by CF and implement the aggregation and reporting of all inventory policy with our 3PL.
You will have a deep understanding of CF strategic business goals, objectives, business outcomes, capabilities and operations processes. You hold the key role to advance CF strategic roadmap focusing on process optimization, KPI, digitization and future technology. You will own the overall KPI and continuous improvement implementation, to ensure solutions meet business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and implement essential company inventory policy guidelines, including the aggregation of 3PL inventory reports.
- Lead the stock take and inventory management reporting weekly, monthly and annually.
- Lead process development initiatives to improve the inventory data accuracies across the warehouses.
- Identity and facilitate process optimization activities (short & long term) that can significantly improve the critical touch points to drive business competitiveness.
- Establish and streamline process flows to reduce operating cost and achieve optimal business efficiency.
- Identify and lead DMAIC projects to resolve business constraints, pain points and improve business process, creating positive impact to the business KPIs.
- Support and facilitate meeting sessions for customer/business touch point analysis, root cause identification, gap analysis and generation of improvement ideas.
- Liaise with relevant bodies both internally and externally to facilitate the business unit functioning and monitor the status in systematic manner.
- Implement and adapt new regulations (top down) to the existing workflow, while keeping the business process efficiency.
- Review work process and instil gate control checks to avoid operational slippage and discrepancies. E.g. to manage and develop process control on storage and transportation. Working with 3PLs and various cross-functional teams (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, etc.) to fulfil all transaction requirements.
- Consolidate key performance check points that are critical to the business functionality and performance.
- Ensure 3PL achieves all KPIs stipulated in the SLA.
- Create metrics and scored cards to identify periodic trends, indicate progress against specific initiatives and highlight areas of focus.
- Using score card for internal process compliance monitoring.
**Key Requirements** Educational Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in supply chain, engineering and/or related functions.
**Relevant Experience**:
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Forwarding industrial.
- Hands-on operational experience in logistics, operational, project management functions preferred.
- Knowledge/Experience in Network Optimization will be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes.
Strong interest in Food/Food processing industry.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Strong background in quantitative and critical thinking, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge in Supply Chain & WMS systems such as Infolog, SAP WMS, Manhattan WMS.
Project Management and Process Mapping skills with a strong focus on logistics transformation & warehousing relocation project.
- Attention to details with high proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
Strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills.
- Understand key business, country and industry drivers.
- Able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic and high intensity environment.
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.
