**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Scope:
- Check, matching and generate invoices
- Assist on AP & AR (do payment & send statement of accounts to customers)
- Assist in general HR duties (update annual leave etc)
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Prefer someone with accounting knowledge (entry level)
- Willing to learn and be proactive in work
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
