**Role and Responsibilities**

You will be assisting and supporting the Group CIO and Director, Group CIO in managing the information and technology finance for NHG. You are to maintain oversight of the overall finance related matters of NHG Technology Portfolios and responsible for the budget planning, preparation, review and reporting to the management of NHG’s technology portfolio financial reporting to NHG management.

You are expected to:
1. Prepare and supports NHG I&T Budgeting, Projections, Forecasting and Utilisation
- Prepare, manage and facilitate NHG I&T annual budget planning
- Review, analyse and provide insights on the cost drivers for NHG budgets and present insights in areas of cost optimisation for management decisions
- Oversee, facilitate and ensure timely submission of the budget for NHG management approvals

2. Determine, rationalise, propose and maintain the I&T charge-out and cost recovery required for the various IT Portfolios or systems/solutions.
- Maintain the principles/guidance and process of the Master Transfer Pricing (TP) keys to ensure transparency in cost sharing for IT systems/solutions within NHG cluster and cross cluster
- Maintain the principles/guidance and process of cost recovery and billing of I&T services

3. Supports in the I&T Portfolio, Financial Performa and Mgt Financial Reporting for management
- Includes IT budget / funds utilization and forecast management and tracking

4. Supports the GCIO and Director of GCIO in maintaining the I&T Finance KPIs Administration for Sustainability and Optimisation
- Track Project/Systems Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) - Planned vs Actual are in line with approved costs

5. Oversee the I&T Finance Operations to ensure smooth daily smooth operations of NHG GCIO Finance Office
- Be a key financial resource - able to provide sound financial and practice advise to internal and external stakeholders.

6. Any ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer and Head of Department.

**Requirements / Qualifications**

A. Education/Training/Experience
- Good Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in any of the following - Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of working experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare, finance and operational analytics, and comfortable in handling large data sets or related experiences would be advantageous.
- Have leadership and supervisory experiences in guiding subordinates.
- Possess excellent problem solving skills, good written/communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills with multi-tasking capabilities, teams.
- Comfortable in writing management papers for reporting and update. Able to translate ideas and information into concise and compelling presentation material.
- Able to lead, engage and develop good working relationships with multi-facetted stakeholders across healthcare domains.
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and critical thinking mindset. Able to think out of the box and look beyond the issues/challenges, identify areas of opportunities.
- Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently as a team member with mínimal direction
- Able to work in ambiguous situation with a can-do attitude. Have the tenacity and grit - Be a change agent.
- Proficient in SAP, Service Now and Microsoft Office suite tools, in particular, Excel programming and data visualisation tool (i.e. Tableau) will be advantageous.
