**Role Summary**

This role is responsible for the design and management of the Group investment system and data, and the design and delivery of periodical investment Management Information deck. This role sits in the GCIO office, and works closely with affiliated asset management company, local insurance entities, as well as other relevant Group functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the design and management of the Group investment system and data, working closely with reporting/system/data teams in affiliated asset management company and local insurance units.
- Promote usage of current Group investment system by setting up templates for all users and training new users
- Develop internal reporting tools such as PowerBI sites for efficient reporting and portfolio monitoring
- Data vendor negotiation
- Data accuracy verification
- Responsible for setting up the quarterly and monthly investment reporting template, taking views from various key stakeholders, and achieve synergy with local insurance units.
- Ad hoc investment projects and operations support.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong investment system and data knowledge and background; Aladdin and PowerBI skills are a plus; Data vendor experience is a plus; investment operations experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build effective relationships and liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior leaders across different specialisms
- Able to work independently with a proactive mindset in challenging existing process
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibly deal with workloads, priorities, and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and support business units
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
