About the role

This is a newly created role and you will be involved in driving the Talent Management strategy and implement programs that aim to attract, develop, retain, manage and engage our talents in Singapore to fulfil both immediate and long-term needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Strategy Development**: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that seamlessly aligns with the organization's business objectives.

Strengthen and establish an integrated, systematic approach to identify and develop credible pipeline for critical leadership positions as part of Succession Planning in the organization.

Maintain accurate records and reporting of talent profiles and succession plans.

Work with key stakeholders to implement and drive talent development programmes and initiatives as a follow up from talent reviews.

Facilitate talent engagement sessions such as HiPo Connects with Leaders etc.

Collect, analyse and interpret talent-related data and metrics to derive insights on effectiveness of talent management programmes.

Strategically plan, communicate, and implement all other Talent Management related activities.

Foster the desired organizational culture and enhance employee engagement across the company, through the formulation and implementation of people strategy.

Lead the annual engagement survey, analyse the results, identify areas of focus to develop action plan and strategies to boost employee engagement - ensuring alignment to the organizational goals.

Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

You will have

Degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline.

Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Talent Management and Employee Engagement.

Prior experience working in a global/regional matrix organization is an added advantage.

Able to work independently and handle ambiguity.

Creative and innovative.

Strong project management with excellent stakeholder engagement.

Analytical, data-driven with a solution focused mindset.

Passion for creating an inclusive culture and promoting diversity in the workplace.
