
Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Specialist

The Human Resource Executive will oversee the recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies for our organization. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various staff levels, developing job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, business administration, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related industry. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass management is also essential.
Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
