Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategically identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent to fill critical positions within the organization.

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
  • Executive Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of employee engagement and retention through regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • General Office Management: Provide administrative support to the HR team and maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
