- Serving as main client contact for program coordination, training, logistics and execution of Aperian Global’s solutions
- Coordinating programs from the inception of the sales cycle to delivery and evaluation with respect for tight deadlines, clients needs, quality of service and profitability
- Utilizing internal administrative processes and communication tools to facilitate efficient client interactions, close the sale of cross-cultural training opportunities and respond promptly to client requests
- Running client activity and evaluation reports as requested by client and global account managers
- Supporting larger scale projects which may include updating project planning tools (i.e. Asana), tracking billable hours, collecting client data, etc.
- Maintaining customer databases (i.e. SalesForce)
- are excited to connect directly with clients (new and existing) and program participants to share the purpose and value of Aperian Global’s services;
- can listen to clients needs, create custom assessment questionnaires, and select appropriate consultants for training programs globally;
- collaborate effectively with Global Account Managers, Client Relations Managers, GlobeSmart Engagement Managers and New Business Development to close the sale of training and consulting services, and to ensure customer satisfaction and quality control;
- are looking for more experience with web-based learning technologies, including assisting live virtual training sessions by setting up virtual room logistics, breakouts, polls, managing access, and monitoring the chat feature.

- Can demonstrate service-mindedness, promptness, dependability and attention to detail;
- Familiar with Google Applications, Microsoft Office, Client Management Software (i.e. Salesforce), and virtual communication and learning platforms (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc);
- Excellent command of the English language, strong written and verbal communication skills;
- At least 1-2 years of work experience ideally in a globally operating company
- Client service experience in a multinational environment
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies
- Fluency in additional regional languages
- Experience in working in multicultural teams, often virtually
- International working/living experience
