Our client, a leading foreign bank, is looking to hire a **DCM Origination Analyst**with strong market knowledge, established client relationships, and a passion for capital markets. It offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and performance-driven team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and deepen relationships within the local SGD bond market, including issuers, institutional clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and maintain updated insights on market trends, issuer activities, and deal flows.
- Prepare client pitch materials and marketing decks with tailored analysis and comparable transaction benchmarks.
- Provide timely market updates and indicative pricing to prospective issuers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the execution of DCM transactions, taking ownership of key deliverables and processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal flow.
- Proactively contribute to business development and market expansion efforts.
- Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DCM origination or a related front-office role.
- Familiarity with the Singapore bond market and strong understanding of regional debt capital markets.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to align compensation structure with KPIs and performance outcomes.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, with attention to detail and analytical rigor.
