Job Duties

Customer Training
- Conduct training on/off site and to ensure customers are familiar with the features of our products to fully enjoyed the benefits from our range of products features.
- Ensure at least a score of 90% of positive feedback are of score 9 or 10 monthly in the Post Training Evaluation - by Customers End users.

After sales service
- Professionally resolves product, service issues and complaints.
- Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Act & liaise with departments concerned in events of machine breakdowns, connectivity issues and complaints from customers.

Public Relation Calls

Period visits to assigned accounts for the purpose:

- Engage, gather feedback & maintain relationship with customer.
- Generating leads for cross-selling, upselling and converting competitor hardware.

Administration
- Ensure Order Fulfilment orders are arranged in accordance.

Job Requirements
- At least GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Possesses a patient, friendly and pleasant attitude.
- customer service or related experience preferred
- Aptitude with positive disposition
- Good work ethics and good team player.
- Ability to communicate/ listen clearly and professionally.
- Keen interest in imparting skills and knowledge to others
