The Customer Relations Officer (Operations) is a core member to our City Energy Life showroom to support the sales functions and deliver top-notched service to our retail and commercial customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
- Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for City Energy Life, call centre and online orders
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Arrange and update appointments for commercial customers, and liaise with the Commercial team
- Ensure adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues e.g Finance, relating to City Energy Life showroom matters
- Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
- Other duties assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Min. 'O' Level
- Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment), with exposure on operations
- Willing to work retail hours (10.30am to 9.30pm) according to roster of 4 days work week including weekends and public holidays
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
