About the team
The International User Growth Platform drives the growth of TikTok products in global markets. We leverage online advertising, preload, and other channels to drive measurable and impactful growth. We strive to deliver industry-leading growth solutions, from strategy design to execution as well as analysis and iteration. We cover the entire value chain: from the channel and creative perspective, all the way to data infrastructure, automation, and advertising technology. As part of the UG team, you will build our platform capabilities and tools. You will grow as a professional expert and leader in a group of like-minded team members.
- Responsible for the user growth of overseas products in global mobile phone manufacturer and operator channels;
- Formulate marketing and optimization strategies to achieve user growth goals through various methods such as pre-installation and online media channels;
- Utilise marketing resources and system characteristics of mobile phones to formulate product growth strategy plans;
- Upkeep with the industry development trends of mobile phone manufacturers as well as the growth strategies of Internet products, tapping the capabilities of mobile phone systems and exploring innovative growth methods for mobile products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields;
- At least 2 years of experience with online advertising; phone manufacturer cooperation & multicultural cooperation experiences are preferred;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills: ability to use manufacturer resources and capabilities to drive business growth;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, a strong sense of responsibility;
- High data sensitivity, skilled use of data analysis, and statistical analysis tools such as SQL/Excel/Tableau are preferred.
