- Major Accountabilities

REPORT GENERATION
- Generate and circulate Invoice Sales Report from the SAP system on a daily basis

VENDOR / CUSTOMER CREATION SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Creating and maintaining new supplier and customer accounts across various internal systems (PO, SFE, etc.)

PO & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Raise PO in system and perform GR
- Payment for non-PO services (e.g. honorariums) - Submit invoices & exceptional payment requests received from suppliers/customers to Payables team and follow through till payment

PRICING, SAMPLES & DEMO SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Pricing/Free goods/Samples systems creation and submissions
- Demo equipment and Goods Return Note tracking

SALES FORCE EXCELLENCE SYSTEM SUPPORT
- SFE systems support e.g. Customer/HCP segmentation mapping for SFDC
- New Customer Account Creation

MARKETING APPROVAL SYSTEM SUPPORT
- Veeva Promo Mats support e.g. materials submission
- ALEX Administration support

MARKET ANALYSIS
- Gathering market information not limiting to market scope and preliminary competitor analysis

RFP, CONTRACTS & COMPANY LETTERS COORDINATION
- Leads Surgical RFQ/RFP monitoring and submission
- Support for HCP contracts, Trade Letters, Quotations

EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT COORDINATION
- HCP/KOL flight, hotel booking and transportation for KOL/Company events

ON-GROUND EVENTS & ACTIVATION COORDINATION
- Coordinate events e.g. Launches.

INTERNAL FRANCHISE COORDINATION
- Internal team meetings and events coordination
- CFH administrative support
- Ideal Background
- Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent preferred
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field within a MNC environment
- Strong at prioritization, organization and execution with a customer-centric orientation
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- High levels of initiative and comfortable in using discretion without having to wait for direct instructions
- Driven, mature, meticulous and with an eye for detail
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with learning/using internal systems
