
Technical Sales Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Account and Expansion Planning: Working within an account team environment, develop and execute a strategic account expansion plan which includes both business and technical strategy to support Aptiv 8 IT Solutions revenue goals and delivers value aligned with the customer’s business initiatives (CBIs)
- Marketing and sales: Partner with the sales and marketing executives to create opportunities for promoting and selling the company’s construction products and services. Participates in tailored remote and/or on-site technical demos of the company’s solutions. These activities are critical for creating leads.
- Quotations: Work with the technical support team to submit timely proposals and quotations to clients.
- Closure of Deals: This role is responsible for aligning with key customer stakeholders to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develops and maintains trusted working relationships with the sales, implementation and accounts teams. Coordinates closely with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, renewals, adoption, business development)
- Internal Leadership: Shares best practices, innovation, and thought leadership within the company locally and regionally. Provides answers and shares knowledge on technical product as well as integration information
Minimum Qualifications
- A diploma or university degree in construction or engineering fields is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the AEC industry. Experiences with BIM technology and Construction Cloud Solutions is highly preferred. Experience as BIM Manager is highly valued.
- Good understanding of SaaS Technology and Sales
- A passion for technology and ability to communicate complex solutions to clients.
- A team player who’s empathetic and passionate about moving the company and the industry forward
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
